Tommy is an outstanding giant schnauzer. He exhibits many of the qualities we strive to breed into our dogs.
As an overall dog he is very sound of body and mind. He is a sweet natured guy that is confident about himself. He has no problems meeting people he does not know.
As a show dog Tommy has a very hard wiry coat that we love and admire. This was not an accident these genes were handed down to him from his mom, his father, his grandmother, and great grandfathers. This is the type of coat we want to be known for!
Tommy has a rock hard top line with a nice high set tail. His movement is very clean and effortless with nice tight elbows; these are not only traits we demand in our giant schnauzers but also want to be known for.
Does Tommy have faults? Yes he does there is no such thing as "the perfect dog" but we like him! That says a lot as we are very critical about our own dogs and it takes a lot to make the grade for us. We think Tommy may be one of the best hard coat giant schnauzers we have seen.

Tommy first ring appearance at 10 months old was very rewarding for both Tom and us. For a first timer he did exceptionally well. He showed with confidence and for his efforts was awarded winners dog, best of winners, and best puppy in breed . Later in the day he competed in the working puppy group and gave another great performance. This time his efforts was awarded with a puppy group 2nd.
